KOMATSU HAPPY MELODY CHILDREN CHORUS is located in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
The mission of the choir is to spread happiness through music.
That's why the name of the choir is HAPPY MELODY.
They value joy and spiritual growth more than singing skill. Happiness will spread from there.
Through such activities, they hope to support children's growth. With music at the core, this is a group that acts passionately toward exciting dreams.

Conductor Eiichi Oota
He is currently a freelance teacher at an elementary school. He is a passionate teacher who loves choral music. He has participated in the NHK All-Japan School Choir Competition 13 times in a row, and won prizes in the Tokai-Hokuriku block four times. He teaches elementary school students. He started out with no musical or choral experience and has moved forward with only his passion. His motto is "Steady and steady".
