Directed by Mr. Francis Mok, the chorus members of YYPS Senior Choir are dedicated to
pursuing the enjoyment of music. Our versatile repertoire spans from standard choral pieces
to contemporary works and pop music arrangements. We are always enthusiastic about
singing and are constantly striving for continuous improvement!
The YYPS Choirs have received various awards locally and international. The YYPS Junior
Choir achieved The Best Primary School - Junior Choir in the New Territories for the 68 th ,
69 th and 71 st Hong Kong Schools Music Festival. Recently, the YYPS Senior Choir achieved the Gold Prize and Third Place at the 5th Tokyo International Choir Competition 2023 and Gold Awards at the Hong Kong Inter-School Choral Competition 2022 and 2023.
Francis Mok
Francis Mok is a singer, conductor, vocal coach and competition adjudicator based
in Hong Kong. Choirs directed by Francis have won 18 championships in Hong Kong, including 4 District Winner Championships in the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival.
Francis is currently the Music Director of the Hong Kong Medical Association Choir, The
University Choir, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Student Union and
Chinese University of Hong Kong United College Choir and the guest teacher of Hong Kong
Baptist University Music Department. He is also the founder of singing school Sing Music
Academy.
